It's Time to Get Ready For
CFSN's 2012 Summer Adventure!
Every summer CFSN (formerly MPDCI) offers children with CF, aged 17 years and younger, a chance to go on a Summer Adventure with their family that they might not otherwise have been able to afford.
Through CFSN's Summer Adventure program, CFSN covers $20 worth of expenses per person, for up to a maximum of four family members.
Where your family wants to go and what your family wants to do is up to you!
If unsure that your choice of destination can be accommodated, email us at info@mpdci.org or call the office at 1-800-365-9140.
If unable to decide, CFSN is once again offering tickets to Michigan's Adventure or $20 vouchers to use in Frankenmuth for up to a maximum of four family members.
