CFSN (formerly) recognizes that the costs associated with transplant procedures may not be totally covered by even the best insurance programs.

Our Lung Transplant Assistance program attempts to fill some of the gaps families face between transplant cost and insurance reimbursements during this lengthy, expensive, and stressful event.

To qualify for this assistance, a CF individual must be accepted as a lung transplant candidate with a qualified transplant center.
